You’ll work closely with a close-knit team, offering emotional and practical support to help them thrive.What’s on offer:

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in residential childcare or similar support roles
• Ability to build strong, trusting relationships with children
• Emotionally resilient and committed to making a real difference
• NVQ Level 3 in Children & Young People (desirable, not essential)
