Business Development Coordinator

£25,000 - £30,000 salary per year plus commission first year realistic OTE 40-50K

Remote working available - Ability to travel to clients may be necessary

Full time: 35 hours per week 9am - 5pm

Founded by a former teacher, we understand the importance of securing the right people for the right roles, and we're now looking for a dynamic, driven and personable Business Development Coordinator to help us grow our client base across the country.

About the role
This is a consultative sales role, ideal for someone who thrives on building long-term relationships and enjoys working in a values-led environment. You'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging with Headteachers, Trust CEOs and HR leaders, and positioning Amethyst as their go-to partner for permanent recruitment. Your work will directly impact the quality of education by helping schools secure outstanding teaching and leadership talent.
