Vehicle Technician

Location: Watford
Salary: £34,000 - £60,000 OTE (depending on experience & qualifications)
Hours: Monday to Friday with Saturday rota (where applicable)

The Role

We are recruiting an experienced Vehicle Technician to join a busy, well-established workshop in Watford. This is a great opportunity for a technician looking for stability, strong earning potential and ongoing training.

Key Responsibilities

Servicing, maintenance and repairs on a variety of vehicles

*

Accurate diagnosis of mechanical and electrical faults

*

MOT preparation and repairs (if qualified)

*

Use of diagnostic equipment and workshop systems

*

Completing job cards and paperwork accurately

*

Maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety

Requirements

*

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)

*

Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician

*

Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills

*

Full UK driving licence

*

MOT Tester qualification (desirable but not essential)

*

Reliable, motivated and team-oriented
