Are you currently working in a customer service or call centre environment and looking for a change?

This is a telephone-based role handling both outgoing and incoming calls, speaking with candidates daily, and building strong relationships. You'll work closely with our Head of Delivery, receive full training, and have the chance to earn commission on top of your basic salary.

What You'll Do:

* Make outgoing calls to potential candidates

* Handle incoming calls and respond to candidate queries

* Build rapport and maintain strong relationships over the phone

* Support the recruitment process from sourcing to placement

* Learn recruitment best practices directly from the Head of Delivery

What You Bring:

* Experience in customer service or contact centre work

* Confident, professional telephone manner

* Strong communication and relationship-building skills

* Organised and able to manage multiple conversations

* Willingness to learn and develop in a recruitment career
