Risk Reporting & Analytics Team Lead – Snowflake | Power BI | BankingOverview:A leading global financial institution is looking for an experienced and strategic leader to head its Risk Analysis and Reporting function. This is a key role for a delivery-focused professional with a technical background and a deep understanding of risk systems, who can drive innovation across Business Intelligence and data platforms. The successful candidate will lead a high-performing national team and play a central role in enhancing data capabilities using Snowflake and Power BI.Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of 10–15 data and analytics engineers
• Oversee delivery of risk reporting solutions across Market, Credit, and Enterprise Risk
• Liaise with risk managers and modellers to translate business needs into data solutions
• Drive project delivery, performance, and team development
• Support strategic growth of the Snowflake platform and Power BI capability
• Ensure alignment with risk and regulatory standards

Essential Skills & Requirements:

• Strong leadership in BI, analytics, or data engineering, ideally within banking
• 5+ years of Snowflake experience with deep platform knowledge
• Proven experience with Power BI and server-based reporting environments
• Strong proficiency in SQL, including joins, aggregations, CTEs, and window functions
• Solid understanding of risk systems, models, and regulatory data
• Confident stakeholder manager with a strong technical foundation
• Background in BI/data development
