Role Outline:

As an Occupational Health Advisor (Case Manager), you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful and lasting impact on people's lives every day. What you'll be doing:

You will manage a diverse range of cases focussing on managing sickness absence referrals by carrying out consultations and writing reports, with no two days the same. Your personal growth and professional development are a priority, and you will be guided and encouraged by our clinical trainers and your line manager to reach your full potential.

What we are looking for:

NMC registration, ideally part 3 with a postgraduate OH qualification

Degree level education.

Strong communication and relationship skills.
Ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines.

Location:

You will be based at our clients site in Coventry, one day ever two weeks, the remaining time you will be working from home.

Hours:
We are happy to consider applications for full and part-time (min 3 days) working.

Salary:

The salary banding for this role is £42,000 - £45,000 per annum (FTE)
