Operations Administrator - Commercial Maintenance (hybrid~)
Salary: £29,000 per annum (pro rata for part-time) (pro rata salary between £10,800-£14,000)
Hours: 3-4 hours in the morning from 8am-12pm, then 1 hour in the afternoon to check emails. 5 days a week

Overview:
We're looking for an organised, proactive Operations Administrator to support a busy department specialising in commercial pump maintenance and repairs. This role coordinates day-to-day tasks between clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support the Sales Director with daily admin and client communication

* Schedule and allocate work for a team of mobile engineers

* Raise jobs and purchase orders via CAFM system

* Liaise with suppliers for material lead times and job requirements

* Handle reactive callouts from start to finish, including deployment and closure

* Assist with weekly workforce planning to maximise efficiency

* Maintain accurate records and keep clients updated through their preferred channels

Required Skills:

* Confident phone communication with internal/external stakeholders

* Clear written communication for professional emails

* Attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure

* Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
