To encompass all the issues that impact a project result, from risk.Key Responsibilities (but not limited to)The Project Manager will be accountable for delivering outcomes, so you'll have high levels of responsibility to ensure that you and your team are on track. Key responsibilities to include:

• Initiate: Assess feasibility, establish budgets, assemble teams, and allocate resources.
• Plan: Set objectives, define roles, create schedules, and develop a visual project plan.
• Execute: Manage the project and oversee its implementation.
• Monitor and Control: Track progress, manage finances, and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Close: Evaluate successes and challenges, gather lessons learned, and set objectives for future projects.
• Lead and Coordinate: Select, motivate, and delegate tasks to project team members, both internal and external stakeholders.
