Although detailed info still in development stage, as Project Controller you will be working with a vibrant consultancy helping to develop and run a programme management office in Leeds.

Will be scheduling packages of projects, resources etc

Whilst water industry experience would be handy, it is in no way essential.

You will though need to be proficient in Primavera P6
