Your Responsibilities:

Provide strategic leadership across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics

*

Drive curriculum innovation and support ambitious teaching and learning

*

Line manage and mentor science staff across all key stages

*

Analyse data and track student progress to raise attainment

*

Coordinate whole-school STEM initiatives and competitions

*

Take on an additional pastoral leadership role, e.g. Head of Year 10
