Looking for your next move in warehouse administration? We're hiring an experienced Warehouse Administrator to join a busy, fast-paced operation in Alvaston.

The Role:
As part of the warehouse team, you'll keep everything running smoothly by handling vital admin tasks, ensuring compliance is met, and keeping systems up to date.

Shifts:

5 days out of 7 (including weekends)

Rotating shifts:

Mornings: 6am - 2pm

Afternoons: 2pm - 10pm

Nights: 10pm - 6am

What We're Looking For:
✔ Previous admin experience in Warehouse/Distribution/Logistics
✔ Confident computer skills & accurate data entry
✔ Strong communication & teamwork
✔ Positive, can-do attitude
✔ Flexibility to work rotating shifts

Day-to-Day Duties:

Updating CRM systems with accurate information

Ensuring site compliance

Updating customers on orders and shipments

General admin to support operations

Any other duties to keep things running smoothly
