We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Stock Controller to manage and maintain our inventory, ensuring the right stock is in the right place at the right time. Duration: Temporary to Permanent

Salary: Depending on experience

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm

In this role, you will:

• Monitor daily stock levels to maintain accuracy across warehouses, stores, or distribution points
• Conduct regular stock counts, cyclical counts, and full physical inventories
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, variances, and shrinkage
• Maintain accurate records using stock management or ERP systems
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, logistics, and sales teams to align stock with demand forecasts
• Review and validate goods received, transfers, and dispatch documentation
• Implement and enforce inventory control procedures and best practices

Essential Criteria:

• Strong understanding of inventory control principles and stock management methodologies
• Proficiency in inventory management systems, ERP platforms, and Microsoft Excel Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and produce accurate reports
• Knowledge of supply chain, warehousing, or logistics operations
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Problem-solving and investigative mindset
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Integrity and accountability in handling inventory and sensitive information
