Willowbrook Care Home is a specialist service in Birmingham, providing high quality care for up to 75 residents living with dementia, mental health conditions and complex needs. The home delivers clinically led, person centred care within a structured and supportive environment, promoting independence, stability and overall wellbeing.

- 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)
Role Overview
As a Registered General Nurse, this role plays a key part in delivering high quality, person centred care within a specialist complex care environment. The position combines clinical responsibility with leadership, supporting both residents and the wider team to ensure safe, consistent and compassionate care.
Working closely with residents, families and healthcare professionals, the role supports the development and delivery of personalised care plans that reflect complex physical and mental health needs. Clinical oversight is maintained through accurate documentation, regular observations and responsive care.
The role includes leading shifts, supporting team members and ensuring effective communication through clear handovers and daily coordination. Medication is administered safely in line with protocols, while a strong focus is maintained on dignity, wellbeing and promoting independence.
This is a role where clinical expertise and compassion come together to create a positive and supportive environment for residents and colleagues.

What We Are Looking For
- Registered General Nurse RGN with an active NMC PIN
- Previous experience in a care home or similar setting is desirable
- A calm, compassionate and person centred approach
- Strong clinical judgement and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
