Job Title: Hygiene Team Leader (Nights)
Location: Buckingham
Salary: £41,250
Shift: 10:00pm - 6:00am

Aspired Talent are recruiting for a Hygiene Team Leader to join a food manufacturing site in Buckingham. This role is responsible for leading the night hygiene team, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and compliance across the production environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a small team of Hygiene Operatives

Ensure all cleaning schedules and procedures are completed to a high standard

Allocate and monitor daily and periodic hygiene tasks

Maintain strict food safety, allergen control and contamination prevention standards

Ensure safe handling of chemicals and adherence to health & safety procedures

Investigate and resolve non-conformances and escalate issues where required

Train, support and develop hygiene team members

Complete hygiene documentation and verification checks

Work closely with Production, Quality and Engineering teams

Support site audits and inspections

Requirements

Food Safety Level 2

HACCP Level 2

Allergen Awareness

Chemical Handling Awareness

IOSH / Health & Safety knowledge

First Aid at Work

Team Leader / Management Level 3

2-3 years' experience within food manufacturing or FMCG

Strong communication, organisation and attention to detail

Desirable:

Lean Manufacturing Level 2
