Responsibilities

As a Support Worker, you'll be a vital part of our clients' daily lives. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care.
  • Supporting individuals with appointments and community activities.
  • Promoting independence and well-being.
  • Documenting care provided.
Qualifications

We're looking for individuals who are:

  • Based in or around West Cumbria.
  • Able to commit to a minimum of 36.5 hours per week (3 shifts).
  • Holding an Enhanced Child & Adult DBS on the update service, plus mandatory training and PMVA/Restraint certificates (PMVA desirable but not essential).
  • Possess the unrestricted right to work in the UK (no sponsorship offered).
  • Possess at least 6 months of UK care experience (in any setting like hospitals, community support, etc.).
  • Flexible to travel up to 1 hour from home.
