We're seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Vehicle Damage Assessor to join a busy and professional accident repair centre in Sunderland. This is a vital role in ensuring accurate repair assessments, smooth workflow, and a top-tier customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Create computerised repair estimates using Audatex

*

Liaise with customers regarding repair details and estimated completion times

*

Maintain accurate repair documentation and update internal systems

*

Monitor vehicle progress through the repair process

*

Collaborate with engineers and insurers to finalise repair authorisations

*

Identify opportunities for additional retail (non-insurance) work

*

Conduct mobile or on-site estimates as needed

*

Support the wider team as required

Requirements:

*

Previous experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA)

*

Proficiency with Audatex estimating software

*

Strong organisational and communication skills

*

High attention to detail and a customer-first mindset

*

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
