Working as HR Business Partner you will drive and deliver strategic people solutions to enable business priorities for two practice areas. The role will be based at our client's Manchester office.

Working as part of a professional team you'll achieve personal satisfaction by using your skills to the full, getting involved right across the spectrum of HR activity and making a real difference to the business. Supporting the Senior HRBP team in the definition and delivery of HR strategy/plan for the Practice Groups in your location, you will play a key role in implementing key firm-wide people related initiatives within the client group.
An experienced HR Business Partner, you will demonstrate an ability to partner effectively with business leadership and management teams, providing 'friendly challenge' and innovative thinking. You will possess strong financial and commercial acumen and ability to understand the performance of your designated business area, delivering performance management, budgeting, workforce planning, talent management, change management and projects.
Experience operating as a HR Business Partner within a similar Legal, Professional or Financial Services sector is essential.
