We're hosting a recruitment event in Clydach and looking for compassionate, committed Support Workers to join our growing team!
Location: Clydach,Swansea
Pay Rates: £15.00- £16.00 per hour
Shifts Available: 40 per week over five days days (06:45 - 16:30 or 15:00 - 22:15, requires care seven days a week so we can be flexible on what days)

Our client is a young lady in her teens who has complex needs, including cerebral palsy, tetraplegia, epliepsy and peg feeding. She is also non-verbal, communicating using eye gaze and hand signals. She lives at home with her parents and attends school, she enjoys swimming and stories and she loves animals.
Due to the client's support needs the successful candidate will need to be female, have a full UK driving licence, have some experience working with complex needs/cerebral palsy and possess the softer skills of being a clear communicator with the motivation and ability to engage the client to build a solid, supporting relationship.
