Recruitment Coordinator | Fixed Term Contract

We are currently partnering with a globally renowned design firm, who are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to join their dynamic team. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to work alongside world leaders in design, technical excellence, and digital innovation, all dedicated to making an impact in the built environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Scheduling Interviews: Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and professional process.

* Candidate Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive and engaging experience throughout their recruitment journey.

* Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and office leadership to align on recruitment needs and processes.

* Administrative Support: Manage candidate applications, prepare recruitment documentation, and maintain recruitment records efficiently.

* Client Services: Provide exceptional client services by interacting professionally with office leadership and clients, meeting their recruitment needs.

What We're Looking For:

* Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in recruitment, HR, or strong administrative roles. Previous recruitment experience is desirable but not essential.

* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with both candidates and internal stakeholders.

* Organisational Skills: Strong multitasking and time management abilities to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

* Interpersonal Skills: A personable, proactive, and hands-on attitude with the ability to take initiative and offer solutions to challenges.

* Professionalism: The ability to represent the client in a polished, charismatic manner, interacting confidently with leadership and clients.

* Resilience: Ability to manage stressful situations and maintain efficiency and calm under pressure.
