The modern dynamic way to rent in London and now we need a Property and customer / tenant experience cracker to supervise the sites and community experience?

Work for this boutique lettings business and work remotely with the Property Managers to handle the community and tenant experience for 2 stunning sites in London.
Wiz around with your laptop - drink oatmeal latte's and help generate a fantastic local experience for independent business and connect them to the tenants of your 25 flat co shared living space (x2).

You will be the main point of contact day to day for the head office which is based in South West London - You will be the eyes and ears and the physical presence on behalf of the property manager and also be there to provide exceptional tenant / customer experience and generate an enhanced community experience for tenants and local businesses.

This role is going to suit a strong communicator, someone who really, really, really, really wants to be in property and has initiative and pro activity running through their veins and a little crush on the property sector!

* Work with an expanding owner lead business with a brilliant portfolio of properties in London

* A young dynamic team awaits including a fabulous MD and a couple of co-founders who love, love, love what they do.

* You will be the 2 sites eyes and ears - you will liaise and be the main point of contact for tenants and report into the main property managers.

* You will be 80% site based - split between two sites and maybe one day a week from home if needs be

* Your email and telephone and messaging communication skills will be elite level

* Your passion for customer experience will be second to none

* You ideally will have some track record in property and a love for this type of role and industry sector

* You will work hard, be available, flexible, and willing

* You will be a key team player

* Sometimes at short notice be available for last minute viewings and support the property managers and the business

* Your day-to-day goal is to develop relationships with local independent businesses and create opportunity for them and connect them to the tenants in the co shared living spaces

* You will help make a house a home and develop a community feel and be a cracking problem solver and professional

* It goes without saying your energy and common sense should be at a high level and you genuinely want a career in this type of role and business.

* This is a full-time role - The ideal candidate will live in central London - South West London, West London or North, North-West London.

* The salary is reasonably negotiable but a love for this type of role should be your main concern and forging a key role in a growing business.
