PAM Specialist (BeyondTrust) - Contract

The Role

We're looking for a hands-on PAM Specialist with strong experience in BeyondTrust to support the implementation and ongoing management of a Privileged Access Management platform within a highly secure, enterprise environment.

This is a delivery-focused role where you'll be actively configuring, deploying, and troubleshooting PAM solutions—not just overseeing them.

What You'll Be Doing

Implement and configure BeyondTrust Password Safe for credential vaulting

Deploy and manage Privileged Remote Access (PRA)

Configure password rotation policies for privileged and service accounts

Set up session recording, monitoring, and keystroke logging

Implement Just-in-Time (JIT) access controls

Onboard:

Windows Servers

Linux/Unix systems

Network devices

Discover and manage service and application accounts

Configure Smart Rules and automated workflows

Set up RDP / SSH session proxy access

Integrate with SIEM tools for logging and alerting

Troubleshoot connectors, sessions, and platform issues

Maintain technical documentation and runbooks

What We're Looking For

Essential

* Hands-on experience implementing PAM solutions (BeyondTrust preferred)

* Strong experience with:

* Credential vaulting

* Password rotation

* Session monitoring

* Experience with Privileged Remote Access (PRA)

* Strong understanding of Active Directory privileged account management

* Experience onboarding multiple platforms (Windows, Linux, network devices)

* SIEM integration experience

* Knowledge of ISO 27001 / NIST frameworks

* Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills

* Eligible for SC Clearance

Desirable

* Experience with other PAM tools (CyberArk, Delinea)

* BeyondTrust certifications

* Scripting (PowerShell / Python)

* Experience with database access (SQL Server / Oracle)

* Public sector or regulated environment experience

* Exposure to OT / ICS environments
