I am currently recruiting for an experienced HR Advisor to join a reputable organisation located in Manchester. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract supporting a busy HR team and providing expert advice to managers and employees on a range of HR matters.

The successful candidate will manage employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, performance and absence management, while ensuring compliance with UK employment law and company policies. You will support investigations, attend HR meetings, prepare documentation, and work closely with managers to provide practical HR guidance.

You will also lead and assist with recruitment processes, restructuring activities, TUPE transfers, and wider HR projects. The role involves regular/adhoc travel to sites across the Northwest and Northeast.

Key Requirements

  • CIPD qualified or currently working towards qualification
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a generalist HR role
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations
  • Excellent communication, organisational and IT skills
  • MUST hold a UK driving licence + car

Working Hours

37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (9:00am - 5:30pm) - Hybrid working 12-month fixed term contract
