TSA Surveying is working with a consultancy that's growing fast and investing in its people. They're now looking for a Surveying Contracts Manager to take ownership of key contracts across the East of England, including Babergh & Mid Suffolk and Ipswich Borough Council.

This is a hands-on, varied role where you'll be out on site, leading teams, engaging with clients, and directly influencing the quality of housing standards in local communities.

Responsibilities:

Leading delivery of surveying and compliance contracts across the region
Managing and supporting a team of surveyors
Carrying out site visits, audits, and quality checks
Acting as the main client contact, building strong relationships
Providing technical expertise across building pathology, damp & mould, and energy performance
Driving high standards in quality assurance and complianceDesirable:

Experience in housing, property, or public sector environments
Strong technical knowledge (especially damp & mould / building pathology)
Confident managing contracts, programmes, or teams
A proactive, hands-on approach and strong communication skills
Experience with local authorities or social housing
Knowledge of HHSRS, Decent Homes, or housing disrepair
A relevant qualification (surveying, construction, property)
Professional membership (RICS, CIOB, etc.)
Experience supporting QA or technical sign-offWhat's on Offer:
