A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Financial Controller to join a high-growth FinTech business based in London. Offering a salary of £95,000 plus excellent benefits, this hybrid role is ideal for a qualified accountant seeking a hands-on leadership position. You will report directly to the CFO and play a key role in strengthening financial controls, reporting, and processes within a fast-paced, scaling organisation. The company is an established FinTech with a strong market presence, operating internationally, and recognised for its innovative financial solutions.

Duties & Responsibilities

Oversee the production of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insightful variance analysis
Lead the annual audit process and ensure regulatory compliance
Develop and enhance financial controls, processes, and systems
Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to drive high performance
What Experience is Required

Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA or CIMA) with post-qualification experience
Background within the FinTech sector and fast-paced environments
Proven experience leading teams and managing financial operations
