Accounts Payable Assistant
Grangemouth | Full-Time | Office-Based | Temp to Perm Opportunity

Contract Scotland is currently recruiting for an Accounts Payable Assistant on behalf of a well-established, international business based in Grangemouth. This is a temporary opportunity with the potential to go permanent after 3 months, ideal for someone looking to develop within a fast-paced finance environment.

Key Details:

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm

Location: On-site in Grangemouth (free parking available)

Contract: Temporary (with permanent potential)

Start: ASAP - however given IT set up can take a few weeks from appointment of successful candidate, there is a good lead in time should you have a notice period. 

Essential Experience:

Reconciling accounts

Strong Microsoft Excel skills

Supporting the wider accounts/finance team

About the Role:
You'll join a finance function that plays a key role in supporting a complex, global operation. Initially, you'll focus on core accounts payable duties, with the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities over time. The business operates across multiple accounting systems and works in various currencies, offering valuable experience for those keen to broaden their exposure to international finance practices.
