Senior Software Engineer | UK Security Clearance Required

We're looking for higly skilled software engineers who have exceptional problem solving & critical thinking skills.

Important bit on security: Because of the nature of the projects, you'll need to be a British national (or hold dual UK nationality) and either already have or be eligible for Security Clearance (SC).

This is a very interesting opportunity to be part of a team inolved in HMI (Human Machine Interface) and Cyber to be a dedidcated, Senior/Principle Software Engineer - they support defence capabilities for the Royal Navy.

You would have a deep & broad range of experiene in software engineering in the full SDLC as well as mentoring and supporting other engineers in the team.

What you need:

* Strong experience in software programming C++

* Experience and knowledge of all aspects of the SDLC, especially software requirements and design

* Building relationships with all stakeholders (internal/external)

* Support and develop more junior engineers

Additioal knowledge, not essential but a nice bonus:

* Windows / Linux OS lockdown

* Software Security & Safety requiremnts

* HMI development and design

* Automated testing
