Entry-Level.  Because this is an entry-level position, intensetraining will be provided with oversight and review until the task has been mastered.

The Support Specialist Position demands the ability to effectively multitask, prioritize, and organize with an understanding that no two days are the same in this dynamic profession. This profession actively participates in and is a key part of sale and refinance transactions.

Want to be a detective?  This position collects information, and then filters through it.  The successful candidate will have the ability to pick up on discrepancies and ask the right questions in order to find the right answers. Critical thinking is an essential skill that will be even further refined by this job.

The Job:

The primary purpose of the Support Specialist is to independently plan and organize daily and weekly projects to assure timely completion of projects, collecting preliminary data, information through phone calls, monitoring emails and phone calls, screening new orders, uploading completed reports; and assisting the appraisal support staff.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

No prior experience necessary.  Must have the following skills:

  • Applicant must have an Associate’s Degree or higher.

  • Must type at least 30 wpm.

  • Must be proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook, and be able to use the internet to research and find information.

  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

  • Applicant to satisfy drug screen and background screening.
