Developing precise technical drawings, construction details, and specifications
Collaborating closely with architects, consultants, and engineers to resolve design challenges
Applying a solid understanding of UK Building Regulations to ensure regulatory compliance
Supporting the coordination of project information using BIM workflows
Communicating effectively with clients, contractors, and local authorities throughout the processRequirements for the role of Architectural Technician:

A qualification in Architectural Technology (degree, HNC or HND)
Strong proficiency in both AutoCAD and Revit
A thorough understanding of current UK Building Regulations and construction standards
Previous experience contributing to projects at RIBA Stages 3-5
