Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced 3rd Line Support Engineer to join our IT team. This role is responsible for resolving complex technical issues and providing advanced support across a range of systems and technologies. You'll play a key role in ensuring system stability, security, and performance while working collaboratively with other IT professionals.

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience in 3rd line technical support

Strong knowledge of system diagnostics and performance optimization

Expertise in system security and infrastructure management

Excellent documentation and communication skills

Ability to work independently and within a team environment

Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSE, CCNP, or equivalent)

Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

*

Industry experience in telecommunications or similar sectors is advantageous
