Our client, a leading global organisation is currently recruiting for an Electronic Design Engineer for a 6-month contract. This will be based on-site 5 days per week.

Key duties will include but are not limited to:

* Oversee the design, review and implementation of electronic designs.

* Perform validation testing on hardware and firmware designs.

* Continually review electronic requirements.

* Create test plans for PCB assemblies.

* Provide continual feedback on work packages.

* Collaborate with internal mechanical and software engineering teams current and new designs are integrated correctly for manufacturing purposes.

The successful candidate will have:

* 5+ years experience working as an Electronics Engineer.

* Electrical/Electronics Engineering Degree BSc / BEng / HND qualification or relevant experience.

* Experience with embedded system designs.

* Experience working across full product lifecycle.

* Experience with I2C, UART, altium design, schematic capture.

* Experience with PCB assemblies and debugging.

* Experience with power supply design.
