Sales/Account Manager 

Location: Norwich

Salary Range: £22K-£32K per annum (OTE 45K)

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

Target Achievement: Work towards meeting and exceeding client account targets and KPIs.

Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any client issues or concerns promptly and professionally.

Performance Review: Regularly review and report on your account management performance.

Skills and Experience:

Communication: Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.
