The Associate Quantity Surveyor Role

Lead high-profile projects from inception through to completion.
Strategically manage key client relationships and expand business opportunities.
Guide and mentor a talented team of Quantity Surveyors, fostering professional growth.
Oversee delivery teams to ensure projects meet exacting standards of quality and innovation.This is a role where your influence will be felt across the business - with the autonomy to make decisions, grow client accounts, and help steer the company's continued success.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

RICS Accredited Degree (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or similar)
MRICS
Proven experience delivering projects through all RIBA stages
Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy/PQS firm
Excellent pre & post contract experience
Strong communication and client facing skills
Comfortable managing & mentoring a teamWhat's on Offer?
