Robertson Bell are excited to partner with this North-London based, not-for-profit organisation as they go to market for a Finance Officer (Accounts Payable) on a permanent basis. This opportunity presents an ideal environment for individuals seeking to join a dynamic team poised for growth and collaboration.

In this Finance Officer (Accounts Payable) role, you will:

  • Efficiently process #removed# invoices weekly across six entities, ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions.
  • Conduct monthly reconciliation of supplier statements to maintain accurate financial records and strengthen supplier relationships.
  • Perform data entry tasks for petty cash and credit card transactions, ensuring precise recording of financial activities.
  • Manage cash management entries to optimize financial resources and support strategic decision-making.
  • Provide backup support for bank reconciliation in the absence of the senior Finance Officer, ensuring continuity of financial operations.
  • Collaborate with the team to address a high volume of supplier queries, sharing responsibilities for overseeing accounts payable inboxes on a rotational basis.
