Yorkshire Community Healthcare are looking for experienced, clinically training complex Care and Support workers in Leeds and surrounding areas.

Job Specifics:

This specific role involves supporting a young girl in her late teens. This client needs staff who are able to help with: tracheostomy care, ventilators, gastronomy care and diabetes support. This young lady has a sight and hearing impairment also. You would be working 2-1 to support this client.

Shift Pattern: Exact times to be confirmed.

7 x 10 hour night shifts

Requirements:

• Right to work in the UK
• Ability to complete the physical aspects of the role such as Moving and handling
• At least 6-months of UK based care experience
• Knowledge of complex care is desired
• Are willing to do alternative weekends or 1 weekend out of 4
• All successful applicants will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check
