Our client is a leading independent versatile and experienced construction business, providing specialist solutions for Remediation, Groundworks and RC Frames across the UK.

About the Role

As an RC Frame Estimator, you will play a crucial role in the pre-construction phase of building projects. Your primary responsibility is to accurately estimate the cost of reinforced concrete (RC) frame structures. Usual duties will apply to this estimators position, this is a key position for an estimator ready to influence business growth and help secure profitable contracts within the residential sector.

About the requirements

* Minimum of 10 years' experience with a Groundwork / RC Frame sub-contractor

* Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects

* Ability to utilise IT equipment effectively and adapt to new Software technologies

* Working knowledge of various forms of contract

* 3rd level qualification in Quantity Surveying or related field

Salary range of £90,000 - £110,000 per annum.
