Employment Type: Permanent - Immediate start
Location: Hampstead Campus
Salary Range: £35,000pa to £37,000pa (depending on experience) plus £2,000pa (cleaning team management allowance)

You will bring strong technical understanding across building systems, health and safety, and site operations, along with the confidence to solve problems under pressure. You'll be comfortable managing your own workload, leading support staff, and communicating effectively with colleagues, contractors, and visitors. You should be someone who takes pride in high standards, works with integrity, and is willing to get involved in all aspects of site care-from security and compliance checks to maintenance, energy conservation, and supporting school events. Above all, you will care deeply about contributing to a safe, welcoming place for children to learn and grow.
