A supportive and inclusive 2 form entry primary school in Enfield is seeking a dedicated and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their EYFS team. This is a full-time, long-term role starting in April

Key Requirements:

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
• Proven experience supporting within EYFS
• Familiarity with Little Wandle or Read Write Inc. (RWI) phonics programmes
• Strong behaviour management skills
• Solid experience providing 1:1 support, particularly for pupils with additional needs
• Confident working with children with SEN, including those with EHCPs

Role Overview:

• Start Date: April 2026
• Contract: Full-time, long-term (academic year)
• Key Stage: EYFS
• Location: Edmonton - Enfield
• Hours: 08:30- 16:00
