Team Coordinator

SALARY: £10.00 - £15.00/hour Benefits Package


Do you have experience in coordinating diaries, supporting sales and new business? Are you a trustworthy individual with strong administration and communication skills?

A fantastic opportunity has opened for a team coordinator to join a large health care organisation based in Epsom.

Supporting the sales and business team, your duties will be as follows:

* Coordinate diaries, travel arrangements and expenses

* Support payments and procurement processes

* Support arrangements for new starters, leaves and movers

* Support the on-boarding process

* Organise events within the company

* Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations

* Provide overall assistance in the day to day running of the department support

This role will make use of your skills in the following:

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Exceptional organisation and administration skills

* Ability to prioritise your workload

* Previous experience in managing teams

* Competent in all MS Office, including Excel, Word and Powerpoint

* Ability to multitask

* Take proactive ownership of assigned duties

* Attention to detail


Monday - Friday, 9:00- 5:30

* Full-Time 37.5 hours
