Mazco Recruitment is working in partnership with a leading precision engineering company that specialises in high-spec components for industries such as aerospace, automotive, and energy. We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Miller with experience programming and operating Mazak 3 & 5 Axis Milling Machines, specifically Variaxis and i800 models, using Mazatrol controls.

Key Responsibilities:

Programming, setting, and operating Mazak 3 and 5 axis milling machines using Mazatrol

*

Reading and interpreting technical engineering drawings

*

Producing precision components to tight tolerances

*

Conducting in-process inspection to maintain quality standards

*

Working independently or as part of a team to meet production targets

Requirements:

*

Proven experience as a CNC Miller working with Mazak machines (Variaxis and/or i800)

*

Proficiency in Mazatrol programming

*

Strong understanding of engineering drawings and measuring equipment

*

Ability to work to tight tolerances and deadlines

*

A positive, proactive approach and good attention to detail

£20.00 - £22.00 per hour (depending on experience)
