Key Responsibilities:

Provide personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

Support with meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping duties.

Assist with mobility, including helping clients get in and out of bed or moving around their home.

Offer companionship and emotional support, ensuring clients feel comfortable and valued.

Record and report any changes in health or wellbeing to the healthcare team.

Ensure a safe and supportive environment in the client's home.

Adhere to care plans and ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care.

Key Requirements:

Must be a driver with access to your own car (essential for traveling between clients' homes).

Previous experience in domiciliary care or a similar role is desirable, but full training will be provided.

A compassionate, patient, and caring attitude.

Ability to work independently and manage your time efficiently.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

A flexible and reliable approach to work.

Willingness to undergo a DBS check and any necessary training
