Day-to-day of the role:- Deliver high-quality vocational programmes ranging from Level 1 introductory qualifications to Level 3.
- Teach a variety of courses within the brickwork discipline.
- Assess, review, and record learner progress and maintain accurate course and learner records.
- Embed essential employment skills into the curriculum to enhance learner employability.
- Collaborate with a team of educators and staff to foster a supportive learning environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Degree/HND or relevant professional qualifications coupled with strong industry experience.
- Experience in teaching within further education is highly advantageous.
- Willingness to work towards teaching qualifications, with support provided by the institution.
- Recent graduates or individuals seeking a career change are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in IT.
