Our client based in Bracknell are looking for an experienced, pro-active and hands on Financial Controller to come and join their team on a permanent basis. You will be supporting the senior leadership team managing a variety of responsibilities. Recent experience working in a fast paced environment and confident prioritising workload accordingly is essential.
There will be an opportunity for future progression within time.
Responsibilities include, however are not limited to:
- Manage the day-to-day financial operations
- Develop the finance team
- Prepare documents and management accounts on a monthly basis
- Control the annual budgets, forecast and planning processes
- Analise performance and provide supportive decisions
- Action all compliance's such as HMRC and VAT
- Liaise and build relationships with clients
- Support with negotiations, pricing and reviewing of contracts
What are we looking for?
- Qualified accountant
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a financial leadership role where you managed and developed a team
- Strong technical accounting knowledge
- IT confident including Excel and previous Finance systems
- Confident communicator
Title: Financial Controller
Salary: up to £80,000
Location: Bracknell
Working Days and Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
