The Assistant Site Manager supports the Site Manager in delivering high‑quality, timber‑frame homes safely, on programme, and to NHBC and company standards. This role is hands‑on, fast‑paced, and ideal for someone who understands the unique sequencing, tolerances, and QA requirements of timber‑frame construction.

* Support the Site Manager in driving the build programme, ensuring timber‑frame erection, follow‑on trades, and internal works run to schedule.

* Coordinate daily activities with subcontractors, ensuring smooth sequencing between frame installation, M&E first fix, insulation, and boarding.

* Monitor progress across plots and update short‑term programmes.

* Assist with managing crane operations, frame deliveries, and just‑in‑time logistics
