Job Description

Responsibilities include:

  • Trial Balance
  • P & L
  • Month end bank reconciliation
  • Account Reconciliation
  • Accounts Payable/Receivable
  • Payroll
  • Direct client contact
  • Other duties as assigned

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Must have a minimum of 3 years progressive experience in bookkeeping/accounting
  • Must be proficient with QuickBooks (minimum of 3 years experience) and able to successfully complete QB's proficiency test.
  • QuickBooks Certification a plus
  • Must be able to interact with Clients directly.
  • Must have working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
  • Must successfully complete employer's bookkeeper proficiency test.
  • Must be a Team Player
