Service Care Solutions are recruiting for a Care Navigator to work within our client's head office in Liverpool, which oversees a network of GP surgeries across the Sefton and Merseyside area. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team supporting primary care services.

Urgent care
Routine GP consultations

Role Details
Hours: Monday to Friday, flexible around core hours
Pay: £16.88 per hour (via Umbrella)
System: EMIS (experience required)
Location: Liverpool, L13Requirements
Smart Card - essential
Previous experience in one or more of the following roles:
GP Receptionist
GP Administrator
Medical Receptionist
Healthcare Assistant
Patient Coordinator
