What You'll Be Doing:

Sourcing, interviewing, and supporting educators for temporary and permanent roles in schools

Writing professional candidate profiles and marketing them to schools

Building strong relationships with teachers, support staff, and school leaders

Meeting weekly goals and KPIs (we support you every step of the way)

Working closely with experienced mentors to learn business development and client care

Matching candidates to roles where they'll make a genuine impact
