Join Our Team as a Mechanical Technician - Fareham
We're seeking 2 Mechanical Technicians to join our Aerospace client in Fareham on a long-term PAYE contract basis. These contracts are initially offered until December 2025, with likely extensions.

🛠 Key Responsibilities:

Precise fitting of aerospace components using a range of techniques.
Conduct thorough testing of aerospace products to meet specifications.
Deliver high-quality work efficiently within cost parameters.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Exhibit a cooperative, flexible attitude and the ability to work independently after training.
📌 Requirements:

Previous assembly experience.
Ability to read and follow detailed engineering drawings.
Excellent hand dexterity for precision work.
A willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
✅ Preferred Experience:

Prior fuel testing experience.
Experience in aerospace assembly.
📅 What's on Offer?

33 days of paid annual leave (or include holiday pay in your hourly rate - your choice!)
PAYE Contract Rates:
Core Days: £17.52 rising to £18.05 (including holiday pay: £20.07-£20.68)
Overtime: x1.5, Sundays: x2
⏰ Working Hours:

37 hours per week
Monday to Thursday: 7:30am - 4:15pm
Friday: 7:30am - 11:30am
