Elevation Recruitment Group are pleased to be working with a reputable and successful service business based in Doncaster as they look to recruit a Finance Manager into the team. This role will report straight into the Company Director and will be responsible for 1 member of staff. They will consider somebody on either a full time or a part time basis (3 or 4 days a week). The company offers an excellent benefits package: -

This is an all round role with duties to include: -
- Production of Monthly Management Accounts
- Cashflow forecasting
- Performing various analysis and month end reporting
- Oversee the company’s financial performance
- Monitoring business costs
- Business partnering with both the commercial and operations teams
- Oversee financial transactions
- Reconcile all bank accounts
- Processing quarterly VAT returns
- Liaise with external accountants at year-end
- Collate monthly payroll information
- Manage employee expenses
- Any other ad-hoc tasks
The successful candidate will ideally have the following skills and experiences: -
- CIMA/ ACCA/ ACA Qualified (QBE will also be considered)
- Staff management experience would be desirable
- Good organisation skills
- Team player
- Good communicator
- Ability to multi-task
