Are you passionate about sales and customer service? Our client is a nationally recognised 5 star housebuilder since 2010, and they are looking for Sales Advisers to join their team.

🕛Thursday - Monday 10:30am till 5:30pm

💰Competitive salary + bonus scheme

What You'll Do:

* Guide customers through their home-buying journey with expert local knowledge

* Convert leads into site visits and sales using proven methodologies

* Achieve sales targets while delivering outstanding customer experiences

What We're Looking For:

* Sales experience in service environments (housebuilding, retail, estate agency, etc.)

* Strong communication, listening, and negotiation skills

* Commercial awareness and resilience under pressure

* Flexibility to work weekends, bank holidays, and travel as needed

* Full driving license and vehicle for business use
