Salary: £28 - 35k - negotiable + Strong Commission Scheme

What You'll Be Doing

Business Development - Winning new clients and growing your desk.
Candidate Sourcing & Engagement - Finding and securing top talent.
Account Management - Building lasting relationships and securing repeat business.
Post-Placement Care - Supporting candidates and clients beyond the hire.
Marketing & Brand Growth - Writing content, adverts, and driving recruitment visibility. What We're Looking For

A Proven Recruiter- You will need to have recruitment experience within an agency. 
White-Collar Recruitment Experience- Experience in white collar recruitment is a must. Ideally, if you know the difference between a financial and a management accountant, that would be a huge plus.
Business Development & Sales Savvy- Comfortable winning new clients.
Account Management Expertise- Able to gain repeat business and build lasting partnerships.
Candidate Resourcing Excellence- You find top-tier professionals where others can't.
Confidence at Senior Level- You'll work closely with MDs, CFOs, and finance leaders.
Independent & Self-Motivated- No micromanaging, but plenty of support.
